Tetsuya Naito Set To Miss Road To Tokyo Dome Series Due To Surgery

New Japan Pro Wrestling has some shows upcoming, and Tetsuya Naito will miss out. Starting December 18 in Saitama and running through December 23 in Korakuen Hall, NJPW has their Road To Tokyo Dome Tour. But, Tetsuya Naito won’t be there, NJPW announced.

Naito has to undergo surgery on his left eye, and will not be able to compete on the tour. NJPW put out a statement.

As announced at the post World tag League press conference today, Tetsuya Naito will receive surgery on his left eye.

As a result, Naito will miss events on the Road to Tokyo Dome tour, which starts December 18 in Saitama and runs through December 23 in Korakuen Hall.

We apologise to fans who were looking forward to seeing Naito wrestle, and appreciate your understanding. NJPW joins fans in wishing Naito well in his surgery, and for a speedy recovery.

We as well wish Naito a speedy recovery and hope he can be back as soon as possible.
