In an update from a previous story where Dave Meltzer reported that WWE denied a request for Chelsea Green to team with Matt Cardona against Joey Janela and Megan Bayne at GCW Hammerstein, Janela has now spoken out to deny the story partially.
Janela says he’s not sure if GCW had ever pitched Chelsea for the Hammerstein show, and that’s a question for Matt Cardona. But, Joey reveals that Chelsea was never pitched for a match that he was supposedly involved in.
Fake news, I was never slated for a match involving Chelsea. The original match had me on suicide watch though, as soon as that thankfully fell through Tanaka was booked within 24 hours per my request. Can’t say I know anything else about Chelsea and I know 0% about GCW…
No because I knew my match plans lmfao Not saying that she wasn’t pitched by Matt for something else it just didn’t involve me
