Demetrious Johnson has a very fun YouTube channel and recently, he trained with former UFC Champion Khabib Nurmagomedov and current UFC Lightweight Champion Islam Makhachev, as well as the rest of their team. Khabib ran the practice while Johnson went full speed ahead with the rest of the guys.
From striking, to grappling and even some chatting in between, the nearly one hour video was a fun watch. Training at the UFC Apex, they get ready for Islams upcoming Title defense in January at UFC 311. Check it out below!
