Things are heating up!
WWE RAW Netflix Kickoff
Today, WWE held a kickoff event for their debut on Netflix at the WWE Headquarters. Fans and superstars were in attendance to celebrate RAW’s January 6th Netflix event. But, things got heated at the end. The main event of the January 6 RAW will be CM Punk vs. Seth Rollins, so naturally, they capped off the kickoff. CM Punk was out first and spoke about the importance of WWE being on Netflix before taking aim at his opponent for the debut show.
Punk told Michael Cole that when two egos the size of his and Rollins’ come in contact, they’re bound to clash. Then, Seth Rollins himself made his way out to the stage and declined a microphone, instead taking off his jacket. Rollins yelled “Who’s the bootlicker now, bitch?” before getting into the face of Punk. Rollins said he didn’t have anything left to say and shoved Punk, causing a little skirmish that was then broken up by WWE officials.
WWE RAW debuts live on Netflix at 8PM ET on January 6, 2025.
