Women’s TV Title
The ROH Women’s TV Championship was on the line as champion Red Velvet defended against Leyla Hirsch. Red Velvet did have a live performing entrance for tonight, as well.
Red Velvet was on the hunt early, and it seemed Leyla was hurt, as she had her shoulder taped up and Velvet was targeting it, which caused the referee to stop the action and check on the challenger.
Leyla did fight through the pain though and battled back. Leyla hit a nasty Suplex, which Red Velvet popped up from and drilled a big spear. Both ladies were giving it their all for the gold, especially Leyla, who was heavily favoring her left arm throughout the entire match. She even decided to go arm-for-an-arm and target Velvet’s left arm. Leyla then had the champ almost finished after a wild swing out German Suplex off the top rope that you’d have to see to believe!
Both women were showing off some great athleticism, but, in the end, Red Velvet had the referee distracted and hit Leyla with a wrench for the win.
