Fiery Rookie Toni Storm Picks Up Her Biggest Win Yet At AEW Worlds End
Toni Storm has a big win.
Worlds End Zero Hour
To kick off AEW Worlds End Zero Hour on AEW’s YouTube ahead of the Pay-Per-View, Top Flight’s Leyla Grey took on the new rookie, Toni Storm. Toni has been very popular with the crowd since showing up earlier this past month and now, she gets a solid spot on a big show.
Toni, despite having the crowd behind her, did struggle in the early going. Leyla had some good offense, including a dragon sleeper that slowed Storm down. But, the rookie battled back and hit a nice hip attack in the corner, followed by a fisherman duplex for a near fall.
Leila Grey showed fire and tried to battle back, but, when she tried to double up on suplexes, Toni cradled up Leyla and got the pin for the win. Toni remains undefeated since her debut!
Congrats to Toni on her PPV debut win!
