El Hijo Del Vikingo Gives Update On Knee Injury Suffered At PROGRESS Wrestling’s Unboxing VII
Sounds like we might have some good news.
El Hijo Del Vikingo has provided an update after suffering a knee injury over the weekend at PROGRESS Wrestling’s Unboxing VII, which resulted in the match having to be stopped.
The injury appeared to occur when Vikingo was on the receiving end of a slingshot code red from Kid Lykos II, which resulted in the referee immediately stopping the match.
El Hijo Del Vikingo has broken his silence after this weekend’s injury, posting a video of the incident on his instagram account, and commented that he has faith that it will only “be a few weeks” that he is out of action. He also thanked the fans in London.
“God knows why he puts me through these tests, I have faith that it will be a few weeks, many thanks to all the fans in London for such a wonderful reception.”
You can see El Hijo Del Vikingo’s instagram post showing the moment when he injured his knee at PROGRESS’s Unboxing VII below.
We will keep you updated if we hear anything else about El Hijo Del Vikingo and his knee injury.
