Bobby Lashley had a big contest tonight against former ROH World Champion Mark Briscoe. But, before the match, the Hurt Syndicate interrupted Private Party’s championship celebration to let them know that the tag titles are in the sights of Lashley and Shelton Benjamin.
The intimidating Bobby Lashley then went into battle with Mark Briscoe and was on fire in the early going. MVP was on commentary for the match, and cheered as Bobby whooped Mark Briscoe all around the ring, inside and out.
Mark fought back momentarily and had Bobby reeling after a sneaky chair shot and two big dives. But, Lashley kicked out at one off a FroggyBow, then it was Bobby Lashley who picked up the win after hitting Mark with a Hurt Lock. Following the match, Lashley and Shelton beat down Mark, until Private Party made the save, scaring off The Hurt Syndicate with steel chairs.
