Jeff Hardy’s next court date has been set.
According to PW Insider, on July 15th, Hardy was ordered via mail to appear for arraignment before Volusia County Court in Florida on August 2 at 2:30 PM, confirming that the hearing will be for his official arraignment.
Hardy was arrested on his third DUI a few weeks ago and has been indefinitely suspended from AEW until he completes rehab for his substance abuse issues.
