What the hell just happened?
On AEW Dynamite, CM Punk and Jon Moxley battled to unify the AEW World and Interim Championships. To the surprise of possibly everyone, CM Punk got little to no offense in and was beat up by Jon Moxley before being hit with the death rider for the win. Punk did throw a head kick at one point then fell down clutching his leg, selling the previous foot injury he just came back from, the interesting thing was, he was clutching the wrong leg. Jon Moxley picked up the win and is the AEW World Champion. Moxley celebrated in the crowd while Punk was helped to the back, but not before CM Punk have one last glance back at Moxley before leaving.
