AEW has locked down the trademark for The House Of Black.
All Elite Wrestling filed to trademark “House of Black” on September 8 for merchandise purposes. House of Black was formed by Malakai Black and consists of Brody King, Buddy Matthews, and Julia Hart. You can read the full description below.
Mark For: HOUSE OF BLACK trademark registration is intended to cover the categories of beanies; Hats; Shirts; T-shirts.
Brody King
Dave Meltzer reported on Twitter that Buddy Matthews and Brody King will continue to wrestle on AEW TV as a tag team, suggesting that they will continue to wrestle as a team despite Malakai Black’s absence. Black recently obtained his conditional release from his AEW contract.
