Due to Hurricane Ian, JONAH will not be appearing on either night of Royal Quest II.
The news was announced before night one of the event took place on Saturday. New Japan Pro-Wrestling says JONAH will miss the action in London due to travel issue. The company would also announce the replacement matches due to JONAH missing the event:

JONAH, who was scheduled to wrestle this weekend in London at Royal Quest II will not be in attendance as a result of travel issues arising from Hurricane Ian.
We apologise to fans who were looking forward to seeing JONAH wrestle, and appreciate your understanding.
