Rick Ross appeared on this week’s AEW Dynamite, and this has been in the works for a while.
Ross appeared in a backstage segment with Swerve In Our Glory. You can watch that segment below.
Now, Fightful Select reports that there have been attempts to bring in Ross since August.
– Grapsody’s Will Washington had heard as far back as August that there were overtures made towards Rick Ross to do an AEW spot. We’ve learned that the promo he did on Dynamite was done in one take.

Time will tell if we will see Ross on AEW TV again, but fans were quick to applaud AEW for managing to bring in the legendary rapper for the segment.
