AEW Dynamite Full Results – 11/9/22 – MJF And Moxley Speak, Guevara vs Danielson And More
Tonight’s episode of AEW Dynamite is a stacked affair with several high profile matchups as we get closer to AEW Full Gear. The AEW World Title Eliminator Tournament begins as Eddie Kingston takes on Ethan Page. Sammy Guevara will go one on one with Bryan Danielson in a best 2 out of 3 falls match.

The Gunns And Swerve In Our Glory vs FTR and The Acclaimed kicks things off!
Max Caster as ever delivers on his freestyle. Billy Gunn storms the rings and tackles Swerve Strickland! He is ejected and the match is underway. Austin Gunn and Dax Harwood start off the match. Crowd is red hot. Fun spot where Austin Gunn eats strikes from all 4 faces. Swerve in with Cash Wheeler next. Swerve working more and more heel every week. Caster in with Lee and fun exchange between the two. Caster has a fun moment where he takes on all 4 heels. Synchronized punches in all four corners from the faces. Faces stand tall into first commercial. Back from commercial with Dax and Swerve in. W. Morrissey intervened during the break. Both tag out with Swerve once again working heel. Big 4 v 4 battle spot with Keith Lee visibly not happy being on the side he’s on. Multiple big spots with all 8 competitors. Superplex to the outside brings holy sh*t chants. Austin Gunn and Dax get in the ring and trade strikes. The Acclaimed and FTR manage to hit their finishers and they get the win.

MJF speaks on a podcast, explains he is not medically cleared to travel on the road. He wants to be 100 percent at Full Gear. He puts over some generational talents before saying he is. He puts Moxley down then puts him over. He then puts himself over massively, says he’s never been the focus on his biggest nights. He referenced the AEW All Out Press conference. Says Regal bet on the wrong horse.
Stokely promo where he condemns MJF. Says he will see Max in hell.
“All Ego” Ethan Page vs Eddie Kingston
Big pop for Eddie. Ortiz with Eddie. Stokely with Page. Kingston and Page have dueling chants early as they lock up. Page gets the advantage on the outside. Eddie takes control in the ring. Double butterfly suplex from Kingston. Page turns it around as they go outside again. Page with a suplex on the floor as we go to commercial. We come back to more back and forth as the two brawl on their knees. Eddie begins to build momentum but can’t put Ethan away. Eddie has Page beat but Stokely distracts the ref. The two exchange once again. Eddie bites Page on the top rope. AVALANCHE EGO’S EDGE! Ethan Page wins and advances!
Ethan Page defeats Eddie Kingston to advance in the World Title Eliminator Tournament
RUSH and 10 segment. RUSH promises the first world title match will go to 10 should RUSH win the tournament.
Wardlow out for his TNT Championship open challenge vs Ariya Daivari
Early headbutt from Wardlow. Heavy lariat. Multiple powerbombs from Wardlow and a title retention for Wardlow.
Wardlow defeats Daivari to retain the TNT Championship
Wardlow calls out Hobbs. Wardlow says he will take every title in this company. Joe hits him in the back of the head with the Ring Of Honor TV title and then chokes out Wardlow. Hobbs says he’ll also take out Joe.
Jade Cargill promo, will face Nyla Rose at Full Gear for the TBS Championship.
Britt Baker and Saraya’s face off now
Britt out first followed by Saraya. Saraya is 100% cleared to compete. Britt turns it around and says she isn’t ready. Baker says its ridiculous Saraya calls it her house. Britt says Saraya left her house and walked into Britt’s. Saraya reminds everyone of what she’s been through. Match is made official for Full Gear as Baker will go one on one with Saraya. Britt tries to attack Saraya but Saraya lays out Baker.
Jay Lethal vs Trent Berretta
Lethal attacks Trent from behind in entrances and works Trent’s knee early. Very methodical match from Jay Lethal working the limbs. Trent does well despite the injury and gains momentum late in the match. Sonjay Dutt causes a distraction and Danhausen curses Dutt before hitting Dutt low. Lethal gets the win in the chaos.
Jay Lethal defeats Trent Berretta
Sonjay cuts a promo while holding his privates. Jeff Jarrett comes out. Puts over how he knows Jay Lethal and Sonjay Dutt. Then puts over Satnam. Takes a shot at Braun Strowman. Chases a stage hand down the ramp with his guitar.
Jungle Boy interview. Emphatic promo from Jungle Boy. Says on Rampage he will lay a challenge down to Luchasauras and Christian.
Jon Moxley out to a big pop. Regal walks through the crowd with him. Moxley says MJF reminds him of himself when he was his age. Moxley wonders whats gonna happen this time around. He question’s who he is. Moxley and Regal laugh about MJF calling himself the devil. Moxley says MJF’s had it easy so far.
The Elite vignette plays seemingly hinting at a return at Full Gear.
Jamie Hayter vs Skye Blue
Toni Storm out with Blue as Rebel and Britt come out with Hayter. Hayter dominates early using her power. Awesome code red from Blue. Hayter ends up getting the win with a ripcord lariat.

Next up, Sammy Guevara and Bryan Danielson in a 2 out of 3 falls match.
Fall 1: Sammy uses a chair and throws it in Bryan’s face causing a DQ. Fall one to Guevara. Guevara beats Danielson down.
Fall 2: Sammy Guevara via GTH
Fall 3: Danielson via Lebell Lock.
Bryan Danielson defeats Sammy Guevara.
