Triple H didn’t always believe in the two legends.
Triple H founded Evolution back in 2003, which comprised of himself, Ric Flair, Randy Orton and Batista. They went on to become one of the most dominant factions of all time.
While speaking during an episode of WWE Network show Ruthless Aggression, Triple H recalled telling Randy Orton and Batista that they were going to get buried in WWE.
“‘Dave [Batista], Randy, listen, let me talk to you guys,’” Triple H recalled saying. “I pulled them in a room and I said, ‘So you are about to hit the hate button from everybody.’ Every single person in this room, they’re going to tell you, ‘Why, man, this is a great opportunity,’ and they’re going to bury you. All of a sudden, everybody you thought was your friend, you’re going to find out they’re not your friends.”

Evolution saw a lot of success in WWE and fans will always remember what they did for the company. Obviously, the attempted burials didn’t work out, as Batista and Orton would become two of the most legendary world champions in WWE history.
