As we have earlier reported, WWE Superstar Sheamus has been dealing with a pretty serious neck injury. Sheamus announced last week that he has been undergoing rehab to treat a case of spinal stenosis. Sheamus missed last week’s episode of RAW, and it was said on the show that Sheamus was in Ireland on vacation. Dave Meltzer is reporting in the latest installment of The Wrestling Observer Newsletter, that the reason Sheamus was kept off RAW last week was due to him undergoing treatment to rehab his injured neck.
According to Meltzer, the injury “is not a good thing at all”. Meltzer went on to point out that the same injury (spinal stenosis) is responsible for shortening the careers of Stone Cold Steve Austin, and Edge.
