Eric Bischoff believes Mike Tyson played a pivotal part in changing WWE’s company strategy.
Bischoff is not actively involved with any pro wrestling company, but he still interacts with fans on social media, and he keeps them up to date via his podcast. A fan recently took to Twitter to ask Bischoff if the Mike Tyson angle was the turning point for WWE during the Monday Night Wars.
We’ll have to see who steps up to WWE next, but they were able to survive WCW. Even today, Tony Khan is giving WWE competition as AEW continues their weekly broadcasts. The Wednesday Night War was a famous part of that story as well.
