It looks like morale has improved backstage in AEW as of late.
Many people backstage have positive things to say about the direction of the company and morale among members of the roster, according to a recent report from Fightful Select.
“Fightful Select has heard from several members of the AEW locker room who have had positive things to say about the morale and direction of said locker room of late.”

AEW is looking to move in a completely new direction, starting next year. One of them will be shifting the focus of starting live events, with Wrestling Legend Jeff Jarrett assuming the duties as Senior Vice President of live events, bringing a makeshift change after the company has only been producing televised and pay-per-view shows.
