With Ronda Rousey being the Smackdown Women’s Champion and Becky Lynch finally back to begin an active in-ring competitor, many fans have started wondering whether WWE will book a match between the two for WrestleMania 39. While speaking on Wrestling Observer Radio, Dave Meltzer revealed that WWE has no plans for that match to take place next year.
Right now that is not the plan. The rotation is in different places. I don’t know what Ronda or Becky’s match is. But, as of today, this morning, it was said to me that it was very unlikely. It’s definitely not the plan right now.

Fans would love to see Becky Lynch square off against Ronda Rousey at the Show of Shows next year, but it seems that match may no longer become a reality.
