The return of McMahon to WWE was somewhat similar to something we would see on an episode of the HBO series Succession, and the parallels between both the current situation of WWE and the show Succession are quite fascinating. Vince McMahon implied that if he didn’t return to WWE, he would make it hard to approve any new TV deal, and as we know by now those TV deal is where WWE makes most of their revenue these days. By this, WWE had no choice but to accept the return of Vince McMahon to the board.

Even if McMahon doesn’t want to sell, the possibility of mass releases is high with him back in charge.
The future of Paul Levesque, Stephanie McMahon and Nick Khan in WWE also comes into question with Vince’s return. Some hints indicate that they were the ones that advised Vince on retiring after the allegations made against him, but months later, it was reported that Vince McMahon left that the advice made by the trio Levesque-McMahon-Khan was actually a bad one, according to Vince McMahon and that he was planning to return, as we saw in the couple of days ago, Vince has return.
Some reports indicate that Vince McMahon wants to return as head of creative of the main roster, a position currently occupied by Paul Levesque.
