Nick Khan is currently the sole CEO of WWE following Stephanie McMahon’s resignation. Khan is more than aware of how to thrive under pressure and he is glad Vince McMahon is back.
While speaking on the latest episode of the Bill Simmons podcast, Nick Khan talked about Vince McMahon’s return to the company. Khan made it clear that he believes Vince McMahon will do what is necessary to keep WWE alive.
“It’s only been a week, but he really, I believe, what he said publicly about ‘hey, I’m here to engage in strategic alternatives and the media rights,’ so far the engagement has been that, and other board issues.
It’s his company. To me, WWE is Vince. Vince is WWE and we’re going to do the best we can to keep a living company.”

Vince McMahon will not require any approval from WWE’s shareholders to take any actions from now on. There is also the feeling in WWE that Vince McMahon could make his television return at any time. We’ll have to see when McMahon will take over Creative control in WWE.
