Jay Briscoe’s Daughter Regains Feeling In Lower Extremities

The world lost a great man when Jay Briscoe passed away, and his daughters were taken by medical professionals at the scene of the wreck to help them deal with their own catastrophic situations. Now there is a bit of good news regarding this situation.

F4WOnline reports that a representative for a non-profit who is working with Jay Briscoe’s family said that his daughter, Gracie, now has feeling in her lower legs.

The news was relayed through two representatives of a local non-profit that is working with the Pugh family during this time, the video of which can be seen below.

After what was described as a tough night with some tingling and itching in her lower legs, Gracie, the Pughs’ 12-year-old, regained feeling in her lower extremities after not having any feeling below the thighs a day prior.

It was noted that Gracie “was able to make small movements in her lower extremities on Friday,” and now she’s able to get in and out of a wheelchair and into bed. It seems that she is recuperating, and Gracie is also off her IV delivering medications. The Pughs’ nine-year-old daughter, JJ, will get her feeding tube taken out on Saturday. Then she can begin eating regular food again. She was also fitted for her back brace on Friday.
