Mercedes Moné is now champion.
Mercedes finally returned to the ring last night, facing IWGP Women’s Champion KAIRI at Battle In The Valley. It was a hard-fought battle as each competitor gave it their all. In the end, Mercedes Mone hit the Mone Maker on KAIRI for the win. Thus, she became the new IWGP Women’s Champion.
Mercedes Mone now has more matches in Japan coming up. We will have to wait and see how Mercedes Mone will be booked as the champion, as her reign in Japan has officially started.
