Following Ronda Rousey and Shayna Baszler’s interaction with Natalya and Tegan Nox on SmackDown this week, the former UFC athelete compalined that the entirety of the Smackdown tag division is Natalya plus whatever “poor soul” she can recruit.
Ronda Rousey also called out Damage CTRL for rarely defending the Women’s Tag Team Championship on television. Taking to Twitter, Rousey expressed her frustration with the women’s tag team division on the blue brand.
Ronda Rousey’s scathing comments did not sit well with Bayley, who responded with a stern statement to shut down The Baddest Women on the Planet. Bayley replied to Rousey, stating that IYO SKY and Dakota Kai regularly defend the Women’s Tag Team Championship at live events.
After losing the SmackDown Women’s Championship to Charlotte Flair, Ronda Rousey declared that her goal is to win the Women’s Tag Team Titles. Recent rumors have also suggested Rousey and Shayna Baszler getting a shot at the tag team titles at WrestleMania 39.
