Taya Valkyrie is one of the most accomplished wrestlers on the independent scene today. She has traveled around the world and won numerous titles across different promotions. The 39-year-old is rumored to answer Jade Cargill’s open challenge for the TBT title on the upcoming edition of AEW Dynamite in Canada. It seems unlikely that Taya Valkyrie will make her AEW debut as she recently shut down the rumors.
Speaking with Bill Pritchard of WrestleZone, Taya Valkyrie cleared the air on the possibility of her showing up to challenge Jade Cargill for the TBS Championship during AEW’s debut in Winnipeg this Wednesday. The former IMPACT Knockouts World Champion said she’ll be at her home in Los Angeles on the day of Dynamite.
“I will be in Los Angeles, California I will be here in my house with my dogs. John will be back from Australia, so yeah, I’ll be here.”
