Steph De Lander’s journey to her AEW debut has been one of ups and downs. After signing with WWE in March 2021, she quickly made her presence known on NXT. De Lander’s athleticism and wrestling ability impressed many, and she became a regular on NXT TV.
However, as is often the case in the wrestling industry, things can change quickly. De Lander’s last match on NXT came in March 2022. A month later, she was released by WWE. The news came as a shock to many fans who believed that De Lander had a bright future ahead of her.
Despite the setback, De Lander remained determined to continue pursuing her passion for wrestling. And it seems that AEW was quick to recognize her talent and potential. She squared off against Marina Shafir and lost the match.
After making her debut on Dark, De Lander’s fans are excited to see where her career takes her next. Regardless, De Lander definitely has a bright future for herself in pro wrestling.
