LuFisto: I Had To Reschedule A Few Dates After Experiencing A Mild Concussion At Work
LuFisto is presently out due to an injury.
On the independent circuit, LuFisto is a well-known wrestler who was inducted into the Indie Wrestling Hall of Fame in 2022. She has competed in recent months for a variety of promotions, including ICW No Holds Barred, GCW, C4, and Beyond.
LuFisto said in a tweet that she was knocked unconscious after hitting her skull on a steel shelf while at work and leaning down to place a product on the shelf. LuFisto said that she sprained her neck and experienced a slight concussion, so she would follow the doctor’s advice and take as much time as necessary to recover.
Here is the complete message:
Long story short, I went through two death matches fine but got knocked out at work three days later.
I suffered a mild concussion and a cervical sprain from hitting my head real hard on a steel shelf as I bent down to put one of our products on the bottom shelf.
Yes, this is absolutely ridiculous.
Anyway, I’m listening to the doctor and I will rest as long as needed. I’m hoping to be back for the next C4 Wrestling show on the 28th but I’ll see how I feel then.
I want to make sure I’m back at 100% so I can give you the very best of me.
Thank you.
