Nomi and Mercedes Mone have been tied together for good reason. They both walked out of WWE last May, and while Mercedes would return to the ring with NJPW earlier this year, Naomi has yet to return to the ring for any company in particular
Ringside News would ask around about the pair’s WWE exit and would come up with some new information.
Ringside News reached out to ask about this situation with Mercedes Mone and Trinity Fatu. We were told that, “Naomi was offered a contract the same time Sasha was.” At the time, Naomi seemed ready to sign.
Things changed when “Sasha then held out for more terms.” Then this caused Naomi to hold out with Sasha. This was followed by Sasha cutting her other deals without The Glow involved.

Mone is currently still wrestling in Japan, despite losing her IWGP Women’s Championship. Naomi on the other hand has recently attended a ROH and GCW event backstage.
