WWE taped two SmackDown episodes back to back this week, with one airing on a delay this week.
Fightful Select have provided several backstage notes from the first taping of the Friday Night show. The notes included an update about possible callups and confirmation on a future feud on SmackDown.
– Liv Morgan and Dakota Kai were not at this week’s Smackdown. – Michin vs. Lacey Evans was the pre-show dark match, produced by Kenny Dykstra – Yulisa Leon had her first match since last August due to injury. – We’ve been told that as of now, Feroz and Leon were not called up and are still slated to work at the WWE Performance Center – Street Profits are set to continue involvement with Rick Boogs and LA Knight
