Sabu is retired, but speaks on who he would wrestle if he could have one more match.
Despite his age and the wear and tear on his body, Sabu still played a part in Adam Cole and Chris Jericho’s unsanctioned match at AEW Double Or Nothing, with the ECW original helping to take out the Jericho Appreciation Society. This involved going through tables and chasing them out of the arena.
Speaking during a Golden Ring Collectibles signing, Sabu revealed that he would love to have a match against Brock Lesnar, despite his body not being what it used to be.
“I’d like to have a match with Brock Lesnar, though. If it’s going to be an actual final match and I’m not going to wrestle no more, I’d like it to be against Brock Lesnar,”
He’d be my perfect opponent because he does stuff I don’t do and I do stuff that he doesn’t do.”
Sabu
Lesnar is currently involved in a feud with Cody Rhodes in which the pair are 1-1 in singles competition, with a third match set for the near future.
