Miro Admits It Was Hard To Be Away From The Ring Ahead Of His AEW Return

Miro had a hard time being away from the squared circle.

Miro has been off AEW television since last year, with creative issues being listed as the reason for his hiatus. However, he is now scheduled to make his return to the ring on Saturday when AEW Collision makes its debut.

While speaking to Good Karma Wrestling, Miro talked about his absence from in-ring competition for almost a year.

It sucks, it sucks (being away from the ring). Just like I said, looking for answers and not getting any, it’s not a good place, and not just me but just overall as a human being when you have no answers to all these questions, it just eats you inside and I had quite a long time to eat myself and even though I’m still 260 pounds, I ate quite a bit. But I’m aching, I’m aching to come back and to find out what’s going on, what’s happening. It’s been a while.

As of this writing, an opponent has not been confirmed for Miro’s return to AEW. We will provide any updates on Miro’s AEW return as the news breaks.
