AJPW star Shuji Ishikawa Out With Cervical Sprain; Oji Shiiba Also Out Of Action
All Japan Pro-Wrestling announced today that Shuji Ishikawa will be out of action with cervical sprain. It was noted that Ishikawa suffered the injury during his match on June 25th. Ishikawa was scheduled for the upcoming AJPW June 26 and July 2nd shows but has been taken off those events due to the injury.
Shuji Ishikawa was set to team with Suwama on June 26th against Jun and Rei Satio but has been replaced by Big Japan Wrestling star Daisuke Sekimoto.
In other AJPW injury news, Oji Shiiba was injured during practice with a possible meniscus injury in his left knee. Shiiba has been replaced by Fuminori Abe in the six man match he was originally schedued for on June 26th.
