WWE Could Extend Drew McIntyre’s Contract Through WrestleMania 40 Due To Recent Hiatus
Drew McIntyre’s WWE contract could be extended through WrestleMania 40 with the time he missed over the last few months.
McIntyre made his return to WWE on Saturday at Money In The Bank in London, confronting Intercontinental Champion Gunther and laying him out with a Claymore.
That being said, due to the time that Drew McIntyre missed, WWE might extend his contract. During Wrestling Observer Radio, Dave Meltzer noted once again that Drew McIntyre’s deal with WWE is up in early 2024 but may be extended due to the time he recently missed due to injury.
With the time Drew McIntyre had off, they could extend his contract to WrestleMania, probably

We will have to wait and see what WWE will decide to do and if the extension will be relevant by WrestleMania season next year.
