The current NJPW STRONG Openweight Champion and AEW star Eddie Kingston will miss the G1 Climax 33 press conference and his meet and greet scheduled for July 14th. NJPW made the announcement on their website today stating that flight delays were the cause of this cancellation.

Thank you for supporting New Japan Pro-Wrestling.
Due to flight delays, Eddie Kingston will be unable to attend his scheduled meet and greet and the G1 Climax press conference on Friday July 14.
We apologise to fans looking forward to seeing Eddie, and appreciate your understanding.
Eddie Kingston, who will be making his G1 Climax debut, is scheduled to face Shingo Takagi in a C Block opening match up on July 16th.
