MLW Tag Team Champions RSP and Akira Heading To Destiny Wrestling, Will Face Mance Warner and 1 Called Manders
Destiny Wrestling made a huge announcement tonight regarding it’s upcoming Summer Heat card scheduled for August 19th in Mississauga, Ontario at the Don Kolov Arena.
The current MLW Tag Team Champions The Calling (Ricky Shane Page and Akira) will be in action at Summer Heat as they will face the Second Gear Crew (Mance Warner and 1 Called Manders) in a No Rules Tag Team Match. The MLW Tag Team Titles will not be on the line in this encounter.
The fans in attendance are in for a wild match when these four mix it up at Destiny Wrestling’s Summer Heat.
Ricky Shane Page and Akira defeated Juicy Finau and Lance Anoa’i on July 8th to win the MLW Tag Team Championship.
Page and Akira were the second MLW Titleholders to be announced this week for Summer Heat. Destiny Wrestling announced on July 10 that MLW World Heavyweight Champion Alex Kane is set for action at Summer Heat against an opponent TBA.
Here is the updated lineup for Destiny Wrestling Summer Heat on August 19th:
- Destiny Rebelution Championship: Jody Threat (c) vs Deonna Purrazzo
- Destiny New Era Championship: Gabriel Fuerza (c) vs Judas Icarus
- No Rules Tag Team Match: The Calling (Ricky Shane Page and Akira) vs Second Gear Crew (Mance Warner & 1 Called Manders)
- Tarik vs Mark Wheeler
- Alex Kane vs TBA
- Alexia Nicole vs Rajan Husher
