Rob Van Dam is All Elite.
During AEW Dynamite, Jerry Lynn would confront Jack Perry. Lynn would come out with a microphone and noted that while he would love to kick Perry’s ass, it would be child abuse and frankly, there wasn’t a doctor in the world who would clear him.
Then, Lynn would tease the crowd before announcing an old friend from ECW who turned out to be none other than Rob Van Dam. RVD would hit the ring, making Perry leave the ring with his championship.
After a brief moment where RVD and Lynn celebrated in the ring, Perry would attempt a sneak attack with a steel chair. Rob would duck and attempt a Van Daminator, with Perry getting out of dodge, escaping through the crowd, briefly holding a child in front of him to protect himself from the ECW legend.
Later in the show, Rob cut a promo backstage announcing he wants to challenge Jack Perry next week.
