LA Knight Would Be Very Surprised If He Was Left Off WrestleMania 40
LA Knight would be “very surprised” if he was left off WrestleMania 40.
Knight continues to be booked as a big attraction for WWE, and his feud with The Miz may launch Knight into the main event scene like so many fans have wanted for the Mega Star in the last year or so.
Earlier this year, LA Knight was absent from WrestleMania 39, despite many fans wanting to see Knight added to the card at the last minute.
While speaking with Breakfast Television, Knight talked about his status for WrestleMania 40 next year.
“[You might have a role in that show, sir.] It’s a long way away but we shall see. I would be really surprised and I think a lot of people would be disappointed if I didn’t.”

Per Sports Business Reporter Darren Rovell, WrestleMania 40 has broken the WWE all-time gate record, which was previously set at WrestleMania 39 in Los Angeles. WrestleMania in Los Angeles drew over 21 million dollars. Over 90,000 tickets for both nights have been purchased.
