Expectation Backstage At AEW Is Mercedes Monè Will Make More Appearances Once Cleared To Compete

In a new report from PWInsider, there is an expectation backstage at AEW that Mercedes Monè will be heading to Tony Khan’s company for more appearances once she is cleared for in ring action. Monè injured her ankle back in May 2023 during a match with Willow Nightngale for the NJPW STRONG Women’s Title.

PWInsider also reported that Monè most likely would have debuted for AEW at Dynamite Blood & Guts back in July had she not have been nursing an injury.

The expectation backstage in AEW is that when Mercedes Monè is cleared, she will be coming in for appearances.

Also that she likely would have debuted at the TD Garden Blood and Guts episode of Dynamite in Boston, had she not gotten injured

Current AEW star Willow Nightngale has gone on record stating that she feels Mercedes Monè would be a great fit for All Elite Wrestling.

According to PWInsider’s report, AEW cameras specifically made sure not to reveal the heavy walking boot she was wearing while shooting Mercedes Monè in the crowd at All in.
