Matt Riddle Declined To File A Formal Complaint Against JFK Officer He Accused Of Sexual Assault

Matt Riddle declined the opportunity to file a formal complaint against the officer he accused of sexual assault.

After returning from Superstar Spectacle in India earlier this week, Matt Riddle had an incident at JFK airport in which he would make a social media post after, accusing an officer of sexual assault.

Riddle would delete the post shortly after and uploaded a new one, simply stating that he was happy to be out of the airport.

Now, Ringside News have provided a new update on the alleged incident.

Ringside News was further told that the officer who Matt Riddle accused of sexually assaulting him on Instagram has “never been accused of anything else in the past.”

Additionally, we were told that their “commanding officer told [Matt Riddle] to file a formal complaint if that’s what really happened, which Matt brushed off.”

Riddle was not only heavily intoxicated at the time of the incident, but was also being disruptive between transfers.

Despite efforts of officers to de-escalate the situation, the incident got physical.

As noted, Riddle was returning after competing on Superstar Spectacle in India.

Riddle is currently expecting his first child with partner Misha Montana.
