A big DDT Pro-Wrestling vs All Japan Pro-Wrestling has been signed for the upcoming DDT Pro Who’s Gonna Top event on September 24th at the famed Korakuen Hall in Tokyo, Japan.
It will be Yuki Ueno and Toy Kojima of DDT Pro-Wrestling taking on AJPW’s Atsuki Aoyagi and Dan Tamura in an inter-promotional tag team encounter.
A press conference was held today to announce the big match and Yuki Ueno and Atsuki Aoyagi each weighed in regarding the upcoming bout:
From AJPW’s Atsuki Aoyagi:
Right now, All Japan Pro Wrestling and DDT have a very good relationship. That’s why I came here because I wanted to fight against DDT players. I came here without knowing the match card, but I am very much looking forward to having one of the two players I want to fight, Yuki Ueno. Thank you very much.
From DDT Pro-Wrestling’s Yuki Ueno:
“I don’t usually have matches with fighters from other organizations, so I thought I had been involved with All Japan fighters, but last year at New Year’s Eve Pro Wrestling, I teamed up with Yuma Aoyagi (Atsuki’s older brother) and won the tournament. That team was a lot of fun. I’m sorry to say that you are such an older brother and a younger brother. I’m looking forward to seeing if we interact, whether it will explode, if we don’t, what kind of chemistry will happen in the match. I’m looking forward to seeing what happens to Mr. Kojima, who has been injected right now.”
