Jade Cargill is expected to go straight to the main roster upon signing with WWE.
Jade Cargill is reportedly on her way to WWE after returning briefly to All Elite Wrestling over the past week.
Cargill is a former TBS Champion, holding the belt for around 500 days before dropping it to Kris Statlander back at AEW Double Or Nothing. She returned on Saturday’s Collision and laid out Statlander, with a title rematch coming on Friday’s AEW Rampage.
It was reported earlier this week that Jade’s move is not financially motivated, but there is more to the story.
The Wrestling Observer Newsletter reports that Jade is expected to bypass NXT and go straight to the WWE main roster.
“Those in WWE believed she was coming and that it would be on the main roster rather than developmental, but I could see that going either way. Another person in WWE described it to us as that her name was being talked about a lot, but the deal was not completed at press time.”

As mentioned, Cargill is scheduled to challenge for the AEW TBS Championship on tonight’s AEW Rampage.
