Matt Riddle Released By WWE
Matt Riddle has been released by WWE.
Riddle has been under fire recently, especially due to his recent incident at JFK airport on the way back from Superstar Spectacle in India.
In the last few days, many talent have been released from their WWE contract including the likes of Mustafa Ali and Dolph Ziggler, which surprised many fans.
Riddle announced the news on social media on Friday evening, thanking fans for their support during his time with the company.
Just wanted to inform everyone that I’m no longer with WWE. Thank you for the memories and opportunities also thank you to all the fans for the support and love you give me every time I go out to the ring. See you all soon
Matt Riddle
Riddle is a former tag team champion in NXT and the main roster, while also having a run with the United States Championship.
He is also a multi time challenger for world titles in WWE, but was never able to achieve that goal in the company.
Riddle signed with WWE in 2018, enjoying a stint on NXT before making his way to the WWE main roster in 2020.
