Katsuhiko Nakajima Explains His Reason For Leaving Pro Wrestling NOAH, Comments On His Future
It was announced earlier today that Katsuhiko Nakajima has decided to leave Pro Wrestling NOAH after being with the promotion for 15 years.
Pro Wrestling/Martial Arts DX spoke with Katsuhiko Nakajima after the announcement of him leaving Pro Wrestling NOAH was made. Nakajima explained why he decided to move on from NOAH:
At the turning point of thirty-five years old, and twenty years into my career, I felt that I wanted to “challenge myself”. Being a member of Noah, means that I have been protected by Noah, so I decided to compete on my own with nothing to lose. In this double milestone year, I wanted to test myself and ask myself, “How far can I go?”. I haven’t decided anything concrete about my future, but that is just my selfishness. When I told the company about this, they were very supportive. I love Noah, and so I can’t thank the company enough.

Nakajima had nothing but praise for Pro Wrestling NOAH:
My dear NOAH, I have nothing but gratitude for the company, I don’t know where to start. It’s my asset that we were able to work hard together during the difficult time of NOAH.

Nakajima commented on his future:
I haven’t decided exactly what my future holds.
