”The Gold Standard” Shelton Benjamin hasn’t exactly been used the best way ever since returning to Smackdown Live. But that changed following this week’s episode of Smackdown Live. He got a one on one match with Daniel Bryan after demanding Smackdown Live General Manager Paige for the match. Shelton would manage to upset Bryan after a very competitive and intense match.

But Benjamin was only able to hit his finisher after The Miz came and distracted Bryan. After the match was over, The Miz came into the ring and proceeded to beat down on his Super Show-Down opponent. This further built up their ensuing feud, which will culminate at WWE Super Show-Down this Saturday. which will determine the #1 Contender for the WWE Championship.
