Jeff Jarrett is excited to see what comes next for Adam Copeland in AEW.
During Sunday’s AEW WrestleDream event, Adam Copeland made his promotional debut to confront his lifelong friend Christian Cage as he was about to conchairto Sting.
Copeland’s debut was one that has took the wrestling world by storm as the YouTube clip has amounted an incredible amount of views.
Speaking on his My World podcast, Jarrett commented on Copeland joining AEW.
“I know Adam well enough, and knew him…I can’t say day one, but day one in WWE. He has a passion about it. You look back over his career and the neck deal, he retired, he was off the mat for that time. Since then, he’s come back, and there is a whole slew of directions it could go. As a fan, which is me first and foremost, I’m excited to see where Adam Copeland’s journey takes him in AEW,”

Copeland is scheduled to face Luchasauras in his AEW debut on Title Tuesday and will speak on this week’s AEW Dynamite.
Copeland is said to be looking to take over the role CM Punk served in the company prior to his firing, minus the drama.
It was also confirmed that it was Beth Phoenix who recorded the “You Think You Know Me” in Copeland’s AEW theme.
