The championship reign that begun on a normal SmackDown last year and he became the longest reigning champion of all time on September 7th.
Gunther has successfully defended against Chad Gable, Bronson Reed, Sheamus, Drew McIntyre, Ricochet, Shinsuke Nakamura, and Braun Strowman during his run.
Gunther took to social media on Monday and celebrated the milestone.
