Orange Cassidy Says The One Goal In His AEW International Championship Reign Is To Beat John Moxley

Orange Cassidy wants his revenge on Jon Moxley.

Orange Cassidy had an incredible first run as International Champion, knocking off all comers until Jon Moxley at AEW All Out 2023, when he would lose in the main event to Jon Moxley. A few weeks later, and Cassidy has regained the championship.

On the November 1st edition of AEW Control Center. the company shared the extended cut of the press conference with Orange Cassidy, Claudio Castagnoli, and Tony Khan. In the segment, Cassidy discussed how his one goal in this reign is to successfully defend against Moxley.

I have only one goal, and that is to wrestle and beat Jon Moxley. Unfortunately, Claudio did pin me in the middle of the ring, and they already made a match graphic, so I guess I’ll just have to do it,”

Cassidy is currently scheduled to defend his AEW International Championship on tonight’s edition of AEW Dynamite where he will face off with Claudio Castagnoli with the title on the line.
