Zoey Stark Knows She Can Beat Rhea Ripley At Survivor Series
Zoey Stark reflects on her win on Monday Night RAW.
During Monday Night RAW this week, WWE held a battle royal with the winner receiving a shot at the WWE Women’s World Championship.
In the end, it would come down to the pair of Shayna Baszler and Zoey Stark. As the two women battled on the ring apron, Zoey would land a superkick on Baszler. Baszler would be rocked for a moment, before charging in again and eating another superkick.
Stark would then take advantage, hitting a DDT on the apron to Baszler to capture the victory.
In a backstage interview after RAW last night, Stark addressed her win, noting that she believes Rhea is scared and knows she is on borrowed time as champion.
“This is the most important win of my career. At Survivor Series I get to go one-on-one with Rhea Ripley. Yes, she gave me the Riptide [at WWE Crown Jewel] but I also gave her the Z360, okay? She never pinned me and I know that Rhea knows that I can beat her. That is why she’s scared. That’s why she has a tough exterior right now. She knows that I could beat her, 1-2-3. At Survivor Series, you’re looking at the new Women’s World Champion,”
Zoey Stark
Stark and Ripley will go one on one for the Women’s World Championship at Survivor Series later this month.
