Earlier today, the TNA Wrestling social media team was busy dropping matches for both this weeks episode and this weekends television tapings.
One of those matches will see Josh Alexander taking on Alan Angels.
Josh defeated former MLW World Champion Alex and current free agent Hammerstone at Hard To Kill this past Saturday. He also wrestled Will Ospreay on Sunday, a match that will air this Thursday on AXSTV.
Another match will see Chris Sabin taking on Jason Hotch.
Hotch was not part of the Hard To Kill show, but Chris Sabin is still the current X Division champion after coming off of a phenomenal title defense where he battled with both KUSHIDA and AAA Mega Champion, El Hijo Del Vikingo at Hard To Kill.
Hotch normally teams with John Skyler to form The Good Hands, and it seems likely that they’ll be back in the tag title scene very shortly.
Last – but not least – we’ll see two former World Champions do battle in what will likely be a great war when Alex Shelley takes on “The System” member Eddie Edwards.
Alex Shelley defended his TNA World Title belt against Moose in a match he ultimately ended up losing just a few days ago at Hard To Kill. It was Shelley’s first World Title reign.
Eddie Edwards is a former two-time World Champion and recently aligned himself with Brian Myers and Moose, along with his wife Alisha, to form “The System.”
Edwards and Myers defeated the team of Eric Young & Frankie Kazarian on the Countdown To Hard To Kill pre show on Saturday.
