As was originally reported by Brad Shepard on twitter, Vince McMahon has started Alpha Entertainment with plans to relaunch the XFL. In an update on that story, Shepard is now reporting that McMahon told people within the WWE that he developed the desire to relaunch the XFL while working on the 30 for 30 documentary for ESPN Films.
He continued by saying that Vince told employees internally with WWE to “get ready” because it’s coming.
